Really nice work by the professionals at Canal Street.
I too want to thank all involved who brought our annual traditional project to completion.
 
Oh man, just got my shipping notification. Really getting excited now! These look amazing.

A bitter/sweet salute to CSC, and to Barry and those behind the scenes, a "thank you" for your endurance and perseverance.
And of course, Charlie for making this process run so smoothly from all appearances.

got mine, too - with a little luck these will start showing up Wednesday or Friday.
 
Buncha 12 year old girls got the first batch or what? Joking of course, mine is on the way too
 
I'm gonna sit here and quietly await my knife and in no way about to tempt the Gods of the USPS and jeopardize the safety and well being of my quite possibly last CSC made knife. :)
 
I am extremely jealous, I missed the window to get one ordered. I was just in the Canal Street Factory on Friday and they were working hard on getting the next round of these knives out the door. Not only is this a fantastic looking knife, it is the last knife that Canal Street will ever produce in that factory. If anyone decides that they have bought more than they needed, or if anyone decides they don't really want their Blade Forum knife, please contact me as I will certainly purchase it from you. Thanks

My excitement level has double -- nay, tripled -- based on these photos! This knife is a beaut.
 
I am one of the last on the list. Is there a date by which CSC expects to have the final few finished ?
This is curiosity alone. I do not want Eric (at CSC) to feel any hint of pressure, for his own well being and that of the knives as well.
I don't mind if my Forum Knife does not arrive until Easter, but it would be nice to know so that i can put my sense of anticipation to one side for a later date.

I'm hoping that there will be a few remaining after the dust settles. I have a few extra knives ordered to cover the few that have issues or get lost or destroyed. No guarantees here though.

I am supposed to receive a batch of 100 knives every week until the order is filled, which would take us into December for the last shipment.

The next three Mondays will see a large batch going out to individuals, and if all goes as planned, the last few would ship to individuals on 12/14.
 
I got my notice yesterday. I forgot I was in on the first wave. Now I'll be checking the post office box every day in anticipation. Thanks to everyone involved in this whole process. It has to be a pain, and it's great that thee are people willing to step up and help us out.
