2015 Forum Knife. A Work in Progress!

Looking good. So nice to see the progress. Should be a joy to hold and use. :thumbup:

OK folks, had a bit of a delay last week with getting that first hundred done, should be out the door by the middle of this week. There are fifty completed so far with the other fifty at different points of completion on the floor. Quite the juggling act for me! Got a few pics for you though. Sorry for the poor quality, took them with my phone camera which isn't all that great indoors sans flash.

Last two shots are of a knife before and after hafting. Sanding of the covers is the last step before buffing. Thanks for your patience everyone, it won't be long now!

These look real promising. Like they will look even better after about 5 years of pocket carry.

Wow!!! That has got to be one of the best looking knives I have seen in awhile. That clip blade is just outstanding. Thanks for the WIP photos.
 
looking very good. Thanks very much for the WIP pics. Very much looking forward to seeing mine in person, when it gets here, no rush. Almost like getting afree knife when it has been bought and paid for already.

I got into traditionals a few years back and single-spring double-end knives were still pretty popular. The White Owl was hot off the presses and I was into the Canoe and larger Pen patterns.

It seems the last couple years have been dominated by Jacks and Barlows. It will be great to get an awesome space-efficient design back in my pocket again. Somethings a 2-blade Jack is nice in the hands, but a single-spring is always nice in the pocket!

A quick question. I ordered within the first 100 but seeing as I'm not CONUS will mine be shipped later for the sake ease of organization of the shipping effort? Not sure what the plan was for non-US purchasers.
