I voted because I have some interest in the knife at this time. If the next vote is regarding blade steel, I will vote again, If stainless is the choice I will stop voting after that.
What's not to like about one of these?

I agree with Rachel. I see no benefit in a "public" poll.
The most that should be done is to ask that those who have no intent of purchasing a Forum knife not vote. We have done that in the past and it seems to work reasonably well. We usually get a few clinkers, but that's just going to happen, no matter what. Stuff happens. Deal with it.
From my perspective, there are no "regulars" in the Traditional Forum. There are only folks who are currently posting in it. The membership changes over time. I've watched it happen. There are folks who post often. There are folks who post seldom. There are folks who post prolifically for a while, then their interests turn elsewhere. There are folks who have close friends who also post in the Traditional forum. There are lots of folks who don't have close friends here.
They all count the same to Gary and me.
He (rje58) is the one whose order for forum knives 2015,14,13,12,11,09,08,07 and 06 was never cleared.![]()

I'm not sure why the term 'regular' has such pejorative connotations for some. For me, it is simply an abbreviated form of 'regular poster', those who post in the Traditional subforum regularly, or have in the past. In my experience here, the regular posters have always been both welcoming to newcomers, and helpful to those passing through.
For me, a screwdriver, wire stripper, cap lifter secondary is more useful in daily life than a punch. More bang for your buck.
Are we going to debate what kind of punch next?![]()

Best regards

This is absolutely and unequivocally true. Since I joined Bladeforums in July 2014, I'm not sure how that's relevant to any but the 2015 forum knife - but true nonetheless. And yes, I saw the smiley face. It looked like this:![]()

I am absolutely with you there, but there are quite a few people here who feel like there is a glut of caplifters.
