2020 GEC #23 Trapper Thread

I've been wondering the same thing.
Go to the GEC web-sight and click on "What's Happening ?" Go to the bottom left hand photo. "What's at the End of the Hall ?" Answer:(Assembly) I saw a photo of that same cartoon Chief , but there was no knife bag on his hip or a service tray. I saw GEC23LL knife parts assembled to look like a snake. I only noticed that it was a snake , after I blew the picture up larger. Everything is going to the assembly area. If no bone is ready yet , GEC might have some acrylic or some wood ready for back up. I believe a GEC#35 "Indian Trapper" Gabon Ebony-wood SFO has been in thought before 2020. It so much fun guessing ,"What's Under the Christmas Tree?". The two Northfield #23LL knives will be made after the bovine cattle bone arrives.

New addition to the family! :)

Thought I was going to miss out on this run, but I scored a couple kinda by chance as I'm sure many of you may know. Both will see use but I think I will give the pioneer pocket time first. I'm still a babe in the woods when it comes to GEC knowledge, is the jigging on the pioneer called cougar claw? And is this GEC'S name for winterbottom style jigging? Either way I really like it;)
