I have been itching to buy the 124/ebony ever since Buck put an actual picture of it on their homepage, but I have been waiting to evaluate what will be offered in the coming web blast. However my ability to hold out is waning. Which in the end is no big deal as I will surely buy just about everything I like. Although waiting helps to convince me I still have some will power/control over my Buck addiction.

I'm liking the dark ebony handled pic of the 124.
The blonde 124 pictured in the product description.... Not so much.

I look forward to more pics of those to get a better idea of what I would be likely to get if I ordered one.

The 110 Legacy S45vn carbon fiber is back in stock as of right now. I recall someone was looking to order one and they were unavailable at the time. Currently 23 available.

Any of you plan on getting the legacy 110? Its tempting, but I'm not a fan of the thumbstud, but it's aluminum bolstered and screw constructed...

The thumb stud is removable. The pocket clip is reversible. The blade is swappable. The handle inserts are swappable. The knife can be disassembled for cleaning and lubrication, and the blade pivot is adjustable.
