My 77 stag also arrived today. Very pleased, Mike definitely had a nice stash of stag to submit to GEC, don’t think I’ve seen any “bad” stag yet.

Someone saw Nf stamped on the bolster and thought it meant "No fill" .

This one put a big smile on my face when I pulled it out of the paper. I’m in awe with how nice all the Stags have been from this run. It’s always great to see everyone happy with their new knives.

Plausible conclusion to think that the date stamp was struck separately. Definitely looks to be a bit different in depth and clarity even now that I go back and look at it. I like it. Adds to the story of the knife and I love that it would mean that the knife had one more step of hand made American love put into it.
