tough choice to make for those of you that got in on one, telling myself I need to look at the upside of missing the reserve - I won't have to decide

The BladeForums.com 2024 Traditional Knife is ready to order! See this thread for details:
https://www.bladeforums.com/threads/bladeforums-2024-traditional-knife.2003187/
Price is $300 $250 ea (shipped within CONUS). If you live outside the US, I will contact you after your order for extra shipping charges.
Order here: https://www.bladeforums.com/help/2024-traditional/ - Order as many as you like, we have plenty.
Any word on if bolsters and liners will be steel or Nickel silver?
Lol as I read this I remembered seeing the brass liner photo and felt dumb for asking.I see brass liners in the WIP pics so that is generally an indication of Nickel Silver bolsters.
Will you be filling orders arbitrarily, or posting another private reserve where those who signed up will have to choose from the options available?
The story of the wood IS the character of the wood. Still in for olive wood if I should be so lucky. To sway the opinion back toward the stag - I had the wood sent directly to GEC (years ago) so I haven't seen it. But Bill commented that most did not have a lot of character (which is typical of olive). But it has such a great story, I wanted it on a knife.
This 772115 Old Red is on my want list along with the Clip and Wharnie to complete my collection of Red Sawcut 77sSome old images because post asked for pictures...

The caption on that pic says "ready for shipping."
Same here and well said. If I have a choice I will choose olive and make it the Sunday morning knifeManaged to get in on the reservation. I'm hoping for stag but got in toward the tail end of the reservation and will be happy with any of the covers.
