Is Osage very resistant to humidity or inclement weather? I haven’t had a knife in it or hear much about the wood.
Also used for fence posts, and if you have to cut the stuff with a chain saw I hear you should make sure your chain is sharp or it will take forever.

I'm not an expert, may be incorrect info, off the top of my head I think it's one of the most durable wood routinely offered by GEC. I'm sure someone that knows for sure will chime in, but I'd say iron wood first probably followed by rod sucker because how it's sourced and then Osage Orange?
 
I'm a bit surprised there isn't a bit more buzz around this release. Weren't folks clamoring for stainless not so long ago?

Maybe if GEC would tell us a bit more about the other variations...
