Is Osage very resistant to humidity or inclement weather? I haven’t had a knife in it or hear much about the wood.We were very overdue for Osage, and I think it is a great match to the stainless blade.
This will be a great outdoorsman pocket knife.
Native Americans used it for their bowsIs Osage very resistant to humidity or inclement weather? I haven’t had a knife in it or hear much about the wood.

Also used for fence posts, and if you have to cut the stuff with a chain saw I hear you should make sure your chain is sharp or it will take forever. Is Osage very resistant to humidity or inclement weather? I haven’t had a knife in it or hear much about the wood.

You can….I’ve seen a couple of the 35 lone star knives in yellow bone on the bay.....now if I could only get a yellow bone knife without a dang banana. Down with the food group shields![]()
Thanks for the tip. I just checked, there's several around $600.You can….I’ve seen a couple of the 35 lone star knives in yellow bone on the bay.
Do we know for sure that there will be more?I'm a bit surprised there isn't a bit more buzz around this release. Weren't folks clamoring for stainless not so long ago?
Maybe if GEC would tell us a bit more about the other variations...
