2022 Ben Hogan #65 thread

While we are waiting for an update on the 2022 Hogans, here’s a SFA from 2015, 1 of 2 in Burnt Orange that arrived yesterday. Parts are from 2011. The book arrived today from the UK about the life and times of Ben…looking forward to the read.View attachment 1829734

Maybe they’ll do a Farm & Field & Fish #65 again. That’s one I almost bought a bunch of times when they used to be available, but I never did.

I haven’t started to read that one yet. I was saving it for an upcoming vacation. I found this book as well…looks like an even better read!

I doubt that this is the fish shield that they use for the 65, but here’s an example of a “fish” shield that was used for the GEC “Good Old Days” SFOs.

C cutchu Astounding examples Particularly like that Spear , is it Horn? Emerald Camelbone (??) really beautiful and I think the knife looks at its best in Barehead form.

I agree. I honestly wouldn’t mind a basic silhouette shield but now that I can feel the scales on my 88 gator, would be cool to have fish scales even if it was a generic fish!

The updated the Fish knife to 651222. I was wondering how they were going to get a Degorger on a clip blade It would be nice if they did a micarta version, but I'm happy either way, I've wanted a Fish knife for awhile!
