2022 GEC Cattle Knife/Camp Knife #35 Thread

I wouldn't be surprised- once you figure out what size blade fits in a pattern, I don't think you'd want to reinvent the wheel.
Certainly, I think that with the 35 in particular but other models as well the have the parts an pieces designed to make a variety of combos at anytime.

I'm guessing the sheepsfoot will come from the Churchill, or at least I hope so.

It's one of my favorite blades on any knife ever.
The good news is that the grind would favor a krinked spey, and therefore be unaltered.
The bad news is that it's typically the sheepsfoot that gets the krink.

I just pulled out my 53 Cuban, sheepsfoot is krinked. It's not really bad news for us non-engineer types.😉

I'm hoping the same. Love that thin sheepsfoot on there. I also like how low the sheepsfoot sits on the cattle knife. At least that's what the pic makes it seem like. I guess you'll let us know next week? ;)

hahaha- to be fair, I don't expect to get my hands on one- I'm more or less just curious.
GEC is an absolute wizard of fitting blades in small spaces.

I am praying that mine shows up without any of the issues that seem to have plagued the last couple runs. These look fantastic, and I mean, who doesn't love a #35?
