2026 GEC #16 Little Indian Girl Canoes

That white material suggests French Ivory!! Looks quite attractive!!!
Thank you, Charlie and Tim.

I do like the ivory linen micarta. There is a slight blue mark on pile side between a bolster and pin - looks like an ink pen or something got in there, that does not immediately buff out. No big deal. We'll see what happens over time. Like all the other elements of Northfield trim too, pinched and flutes on the bolsters.

I love how the blue wave 16’s turned out.

Not making excuses, but I have noticed that many knives from various manufacturers that have multiple blades often have a secondary blade that is proud. I see it fairly often with stockman knives. I always thought the rationale was that the primary blade somewhat shielded the proud tip so there was no danger of being pricked when the knife was closed. Of course this does not provide protection when the main blade is open. I would love to hear what some of our experts think about this. What do you say waynorth waynorth and Will Power Will Power ?

I rummaged around and couldn't find one today, but I recall seeing a couple!! Until I actually grab one, I'll surmise that the engineering of the knife needs adjustment. There shouldn't be a point ready to stick you!!!!
More later when I find one, or get stuck!!! o_O ;)
