Darren Ellis said:Hey Dan, for shipping this stuff, keep in mind the new USPS Flat Rate boxes....there is one that is 14" long, and you are allowed to ship up to 70 pounds in one of these boxes, and only costs $7.70! Also, if you set up a USPS account online, you can order a pickup of packages from your front porch for free. Otherwise, Fedex, is by far the cheapest shipper hands down on heavier items... Just FYI, hope this helps!

yeahup,, been around the block a few timesDarren Ellis said:I was only speaking about for when you ship it out to all of us who want some... btw, I'll throw my hat in the ring on some too.
Shipping by truck to you may be the best method, but may not be either. As a point of reference, I shipped a 350 pound order from Knoxville, TN to Texarkana, TX and freight was only something like $65 or so. It was the cheapest option I could find for the buyer. On the flip side, I shipped an order that weighted in around 170 pounds total (if memory serves me correctly) to Los Angeles, CA and it turned out that shipping via Fedex was cheaper than by truck! Go figure!? Also, keep in mind that if you have something shipped to a business address it is always cheaper than home delivery...but you probably know all of that...you've been in business for yourself much longer than I have...

Folks are always asking where to get this or that and we all post links to commercial suppliers in response, so how is that okay and this isn't? I wonder, if someone started a thread asking if anyone knows where to get some 5160 John Deere shaft material, if someone could then say, "Hey, talk to Dan Gray, think he may have a possible link on some." Let's find out!- Jim
