940-1501 KW Exclusive

When received mine, I had to send it back because it was ground too aggressively. The 940 is not meant to be a recurve blade. The replacement is spot on.

Do you have any pics of what yours looked like before you sent it in for a blade replacement?

Alright.......I looked.....and I thank the Good Lord that my phone hates that imaging site!! I can't see the pics and have no idea what most of those blades look like!!

Well, I did until last Thursday when I accidentally erased my camera's SD card (every stinking picture from the last 3 years)...

I placed the blade edge-down on my work bench and there was very visible light showing under the blade where it is supposed to be flat. The recurve was quite pronounced.

Nice to read it worked out, and yes, Roger's crew are among the best! Recurve on a 940? They're among only a few that will check the knife before shipping, but if they miss the call will make up for it.
