That oiled bone never seems to disappoint! I didn't get any of these knives , but the next run I like that has it, I'll have to give some serious consideration. On that note, regretting not getting in on this, those clips are to die for! Beautiful knives all!
Thanks, Neal

Al, Randy, redsparrow, Sam, just too many amazing-looking examples of the 74 Mustangs & Stallions! It would be so easy quickly surpass what I recently plopped down for a new Airens Deluxe 24, if I were to give in to the calling. I wonder if there's someone out there that has at least one of all the variants made in these last couple runs. :D

Yes GE Jr, it adds up quickly  when one wants all the different cover materials and blade shapes made during a particular run. I'm unaware of any complete sets put together from the most recent run of 74s. If there was one I'm sure we'd all love to see it. I believe Ramrodmb's post #12 in this thread is a complete set from last years stainless run (including the rendevous primitive bone). GE, you know that cocobolo Mustang you have is so nice it would give anyone an appetite for more. ;):thumbup:

James :Agree with you on GE Jr's Cocobolo and there should be more of those being posted .
There are some really great ones out there .They have been out awhile now. GEC site shows that they are still running some Yellow Roses and they still need to run the Northfield Jigged Bone . i did mention that my Yellow Rose color was not a real solid yellow . With the poor lighting , I was unable to really show what it looks like . I am extremely happy with the varying depths of yellow to an almost white in some areas . Almost luminescent I guess you could call it . If we get some better weather , I will post some more pictures. I would hate for someone who wants a Yellow Rose to NOT get one based on my earlier remarks.

Harry

Harry, thanks for posting your 74, it's the first yellow rose we've seen from an owner. I like the variation of yellows and will look for your better weather photos when you get a chance. GEC Illustrated (1/20) has a good shot of the yellow rose on their web-site.

My fingers are crossed with you Sir. If I see a stallion galloping by here this weekend, I'll try pointing him in the right direction. :)

Cocobolo makes a wonderful birthday present and of course cocobolo is always welcome here!!!

Even in the poor light we have here, three Mustangs and one wild Stallion can be spotted grazing contentedly in the paddock. ;)

Still looking for those missing Stallions, earlier run 74's and group shots of your herds. :)

Harry, that beautiful yellow rose is making it difficult for me to keep my word to myself!! I told myself one 74 when I had none, two when I had one, four when I had two and no more when I had four. Now yellow... looks too good! Congrats my friend.

 Harry!! I finally succumbed to the temptation and ordered one in Ebony yesterday.

Looks great, harry! The sunlight brings out the subtle differences, and both covers are well-matched, which I think I'm seeing a lot of in this run of knives on pics posted here. The sun's out here today, too...so out to the Trex for another try at a couple photos of the cocobolo. I think they did a pretty good job matching the handles here, as well. Oh - and redsparrow, nice stable you've got going there , but I think you need at least one more clip...y'know, just to balance things out a little. :D

Thank you Drew and GE Jr and James and The Factor . Much appreciated my Friends.
GE : Your Cocobolo is what Cocobolos should all look like . Very nice
Ron : You are just partial to Ebony because they all look so classy and these 74's are exceptional . I believe you are going to like a lot. No pictures = did not happen
James : Your herd is pretty nice now . Just think what it will look like with a Yellow Rose in it too. Besides , you need a Northfield Muskrat Clip in the herd. SWMBO will never notice another one my friend.
Thank you guys. I am looking forward to your next ones .

Harry
