All of these 74 frame knives look so good! Northfield Cocobolo just in from the mailbox. F&F is outstanding, and mechanically everything seems to be excellent. Really like the cloud shield, too! Lousy-wet day outside, so it's an indoor photo fresh outta the wax paper.

Nice GE! A darn good photo for indoor. This really helps me understand what Cocobolo can look like even better than many of the dealer photos. I like these 74's.

Great photo, GEjr! It does a great job of showing how slim the single blade 74's are in real life. You have some skills in framing your shots, as well as good taste in knives. :D
Thanks, Neal

Alan, Neal, thank you! Anything that resembles skill, is an accident, I assure you. I try to get the angles that I'd like to see for myself when trying to decide about a knife, haha. I do like this one though - good size and feel in hand. So much so that there is a Spring Green soon to be headed this way.

Very nice Konablade!!! Pin depth, shield inlay, jigging, color, all appears first class. Ya gotta be happy with that!

Great photos, everyone! I got my Ebony Tidioute in the mail today, as well.

Every single one posted has been amazing guys, nice knives! Mailman got iced out again, I am going nuts lol

I know what you mean Randy they're all so sweet it's tough to decide. Ebony is always a good decision in my book. This one caught my attention and after 3 days of consideration I'm very happy I finally placed the order.

That is a very nice one james . I like the ones that have those tight cracks as well .
My Yellow Rose is in the mail .

I like the orange camels but almost all have cracks. Whats so appealing about that?

If they are " Tight Cracks " , they will most likely last for the rest of my life . Each one of them is just a little different than any other one. It is strictly just a matter of taste. At 76 years old , I don't use my knives very hard any more. I have an Old Catt fixed blade when I need to get down and dirty .

Thanks for the reply Harry. Do you know if GEC stabilizes the cracks?

Two Eskys. The brown in each pic is the same knife.

Konablade, that's one beautiful knife! These are my favorite scales on this run of 74s, but I have a drop point already in the rust orange mustang from summer. I like the clip blades much more than the drops though, and am looking forward to the spring green coming my way and whatever the Northfield will be.

Heartland mail call!! Not the best picture but it sure is nice, some pretty light streaks in the ebony as well. Managed to snap up a jigged bone version today and I can't wait to compare them... not looking forward to the hard choice of which to keep though.

Got both the ebony and spring green Tidioute today. I am really impressed with both. This 74, especially with the clip blade, is a terrific knife.

Thanks Harry, orange is not usually my color but on the 74s it looks pretty good. Can't wait to see it in person. Looking forward to seeing your Yellow Rose. I wanted a yellow rose, a cocobolo a spring green, a ... well you know how it is, but... "ya can't have 'em all". :)

Nice Eskys JB!! There's something about the Zulu blade that attracts my interest and I think a zulu in giraffe bone is... just right. You're fortunate to have those.

Hey Drew, if you post them together here, maybe we can help with the difficult decision.:) I do love that ebony!! I think it's the first Heartland I've seen in the wild. Sorry to read of your Burnside Jack, hope another turns up for your soon.

Cool Relee, sounds like a nice pair!! It's been very gray here for quite some time so spring green sounds especially good right about now, love to see some green posted here before to long.
