Great knives everyone!
I love how black the Ebony is on this run. Also, surprised and impressed how much depth the Camel bone has in person. The clip is awesome, although I still gravitate to the drop point, especially for carry and use.

Thanks for the posting Mark!!! Those 4 are the the exact group I'll have when my orange camel bone gets delivered tomorrow (hopefully) so it's kind of like a preview for me. One variation between yours and mine is the ebony Stallion I have, has swirls of brown instead of the jet black of yours. I posted it in the Wooden Wednesday thread and will show it better with the rest of the group when the sun returns to Michigan. You definitely have some exceptional examples. -James

Those Ebonies and that Cocobolo look great! Konablade that's a great shot of your 74. I like the autumn jigged bone alot. It has that antique feel right out of the tube. The brass liners and the nickel silver bolsters go great with the bone color. Top it off with a polished blade and outstanding shield

Great choice on the camel bone redsparrow. There are some great variations, makes it very hard to choose.

Here are my Stallions. I was finally able to corral em all up for some photos.

Group shot.

Shock, you've done very well!!! All beautiful and isn't that a Heartland clip on top? Wonderful group shot, all great pics. Thanks for sharing them with us.

Just had a look in the wooden Wednesday thread and your Ebony looks fantastic, James! That is a special one! I look forward to more pics of it with your others. We seem to go after the same ones :) I would love an Autumn leaf and/or a spring green, but the knife fund is crushed at the moment. I do have one more oddball coming though, will post when it arrives! Have a great day friend!
Mark

Nice group Shock! Love the way that shield looks on the Heartland too!

Thank you! Yes it is a Heartland Clip:). I was able to pull off a reserve when they came up. I knew when it was annoucend the corset shield would look outstanding with the Gabon Ebony. Also I've been a sub on Rob's channel for a while now. It's one of the cornerstone pieces in my small but growing collection. Most of knives are users but I don't think I can get myself to use this one.

Thanks for the kind words. We're in the same boat budget wise as well, my friend. I only planned to purchase two of the 74s but that didn't work out.;) With all these beauties showing up it's been a daily struggle to not order the green, autumn leaf, cocobolo and so on. "I keep telling myself, "Ya can't have em all". :D You have a great day also Mark.

Thank you. Your collection of stainless 74's help inspire me. And now you have another nice set from the new run:) Congrats! I know the feeling. I'm a collector at heart and these GEC made knives are really doing it for me. I'm a little late, but better late than never.... I hope to add a yellow rose bone soon to make it 5.

Shock_ - Whatta nice group!

SVTFreak - Nice SGJB. Guessing I'll see one here in about a week.

Shock- Thanks for the nice comments. Cant wait to see your Yellow rose with the others.

My spring green arrived today, and what a nice slim, light, perfectly sized pocket knife it is!

Jeff, I'm green with envy.;) I like the simplicity of the Tidioutes and your spring green has beautiful color with great jigging, plus you showed it off so well. Fantastic pic... hot stuff !!!

Great pic!

I'll be starting a patina on mine in about 30 minutes by preparing my dinner! Lol

Thanks, guys, I'm so glad I found one. The covers are simply gorgeous.

And did I say it's slim and light? ;) :D
