A new knife

Just an observation that’s all so don’t get upset.

The people that seems to be the most adamant about us spoon feeding them info about the knives we post. They all appear to be non paying members so pm is not an option for them.

So if they can’t be bothered to support the forum why should we go through extra work for them?

Also on a side note. “I support this forum with my mind” is just insulting.

More than acceptable, welcome. In the EDC threads when someone asks about something I post I get the warm fuzzy feeling that someone actually looked hard enough to have a question.
There is a lot of truth to this. Well said.
Love to see this. This is the type of energy I love to see and have in this community and on this site. Thanks guys. Never change

Got new CJRB Feldspar in. Great knife, just perfect in most every way.

Why did you change the thread title? Is this now an entirely new subject or the same discussion?

You know what would make a really great discussion? How annoying it is when people post only a written description about their new knife and don’t even post a picture.

It’s rude to mention a particular knife without a picture…

Oh, how this thread has turned to dribble. Lately GKD is full of dribble about captions and steak knives.

I hate when people do this in the exchange lol like even if I knew the model, yours still might be :poop:. Show me pictures!

When you post pics of knives in any forum/thread please post the make and model of the knife. I doubt everyone on BladeForums knows what every knife, past and present is, just from a pic. I've seen many beautiful knives in various threads but have no idea of maker/model. It would be most educational for us if all would post the maker/model when you post pics of knives. I've been a knife collector/user for 70+ years, but have no idea what some of these wonderful knives are.

Thanks so much
Rich

My pics won't load.

You probably need to compress them.

I like it when people show pictures of the knives they are talking about, but it's no big deal if they don't. If I want to see one I just type the name of it in the search box. I usually find a picture in less than a minute.

Now that's funny.

What's funny? If a photo is too large, the forum won't let you load them. My camera takes photos around 7MB. I compress them down to around 100KB and they always load with no problems.

What PPI do you recommend?
