A prototype from MarcinS

Yeah, I feel like I can wait a bit more. My funds are over depleted with the SB Delica, and now the CRUWEAR Mili dropping soon. This ones seems to be early on in its prototype stage, and possibly been in the prototype stage for a long time and stalled. I will have one if it comes, but am not holding my breath it will be soon. I would say at least another year from now.
 
Please do the blade in Super Blue clad with with 402HC or J2. With a thin cutting edge this thing would be a monster. Marcin can really marry looks and performance like few others. Screw food, it needs to be an EDC. And the tip is perfect. Its got plenty of point for normal use and the tip is aligned with the end of the handle and pivot perfectly. Should have good control for the @#$%load of stabbing I do. IKBS or caged bearings please. And did I mention San Mai Super Blue?

SB is a high grade kitchen cutlery steel from Japan. Fitting for a "SpydeChef" but it will most likely be made in the Taiwan facility which makes SB in the knife very unlikely as Japanese steels especially high end ones do not usually make it out of that country.
 
Personally I'd like it to remain exactly like the prototype in all respects, RWL-34 steel included.
 
imho techno is on par with custom knives and extrapolating from that i would buy anything in the same combination slysz-spyderco-ti scale
really hope this one makes into production
 
I'm really digging this prototype. The shape doesn't look like the sort of knife I would usually spring for, and it also looks bulkier and heavier than knives I typically carry, but I think I would get this knife. Beautiful
