Farts ARE funny! STeven Garsson

Farts (especially fart SOUNDS) really ARE funny!

In my twisted family, it was a determining factor with regard to a sense of humor . . . go figure!

As Peter of "Family Guy" fame so elequently stated in one notible episode when giving advice to his daughter on how to impress men: "Love the gas, Meg. Love the gas.")

Just a cartoon . . . all in good fun. :D

Is your kitty a fan of "The Office" or that Trisula nightmare grind knife Mr. Strider made for Mr. Ostroff's customers?

As usual I was working an arrived late at the party....so what did I miss? :D

Looking at it's dimensions/proportions, to me it's a modern interpretation of a Bowie knife. Nothing wrong with that.

This one struck me like a lightening bolt when I was checking out the True North website today.
Fortunately, for my wallet, this Strider custom was already sold for $1,250. ;)
I am not sure if any comment is necessary, or even possible.

Yes, it says "look at me, I'm a Nightmare grind tactical cake server".:D

Ahhhhh....those are unique scratches, having their own nomenclature..Stridermarks.

If you really look at the knife, you will see how it really is the ideal cake server.

The reinforced tip slides cleanly into the innards of the cake, and down, cleanly severing the layers, and "deanimating" it simulaneously.

The low-drag reverse curvature will keep any messiness from clinging to the blade, and the flare at the choil ensures that even a seven-layer gets cleaved down to the plate.

With a deft twist of the wrist, the now "free" slice can be removed, slid onto a plate, and served with a flourish.:D

Best Regards,

STeven Garsson

I`m not even gonna bother reading the enitre thread because these two posts cannot be beaten !! :) :p

I had no idea that knives made by Duane would sell for prices like that. Especially such a plain Jane bowie. I do prefer it greatly to the knife that is the topic of this thread.

Is this spam, or what?

This is an old thread from February 2007. The knife being auctioned is not the knife this old thread was about, and doesn't seem to be relevant to this thread or to anything else....
