Absintheur - where are my knives?

Last response I had from him was saying that because this happened elsewhere, he shouldn't be punished here.
Ah, the 'jurisdiction' argument. "Hey man, I only raped the neighbours' kid, not yours, why can't I babysit here anymore??"

why would anyone offer a give-away and then not ship the thing?

i just cant understand that,

If you have not recieved the knives and have paid thru Pay Pal open a dispute with Pay Pal.I just purchased a Large Sebenza at a to good to be true price. It was never shipped. I never recieved any responces back by him thru emails. I filed a claim. Pay Pal locked his account. Four hours later I recieved a e-mail from him. A few days later had a refund in my account. I am very impressed with the Pay Pay Resolution Division.

Go to your Pay Pal account. Click on the resolution dispute page. They have some pretty strict guidelines in regard to time.

Update:

absintheur's ban is now "permanent".

Unfortunately, there was no great surprise in that the only feedback from the former member during the temporary ban was to complain about his status rather than address the issues and problems he was responsible for. Well, it's not much consolation to those who have been cheated or lied to but at least he won't be able to continue his charade on these forums.

Maybe it's not much consolation but it is definitely SOME. I want to thank the mods here at BF for taking sides against a fraud, even if BF wasn't directly affected by it (yet). It all started at CS forums, but BF is my home too, and I am glad he's not welcome here any longer.

I wish there were more I could have done but thank you for your support and good words.

As the OP of this thread , it is I that would like to thank you Blues, Bastid and Spark you are the ones who supported me enough to allow me to post the matter here. As disturbing as it is to unveil a person such as this in our mist, the forum community is a better place for it by both knowing the truth about them and by them showing their true colours.

Thanks for your kind words. We wish that there was more that we could have done to remedy the situation but are heartened that we could provide some modicum of support.
