Age Group?

Well Jackknife and Old Engineer, guess I may well take the oldest yet to check in. I am looking back on 76 good years and looking forward to whatever may be in store. I do indeed, intend to LIVE, until the grand finale.:D

This reminds me of the movie "Remo Williams: the Adventure Begins" too bad it ended there ;) But in the movie the Korean teacher was ask how old he was and he replied;

Remo asks "you are old aren't you?"
"For an apricot yes, for a head of lettuce even more so, but for a mountain, I am not even begun in years, .... for a man I am just right..."

And for me, just turned 62 also buzz, as of the end of Jan, and I'm feeling it lately ;)

Oh wow Gary! Remo Williams - Loved that movie! Happy belated birthday!

Thanks guys and yes, a warning is a good thing, I'll make note lol and tell my wife to take it easy on me.

Folks at work ask me when I'm retiring, I tell them my wife says I can retire 4 years after I die...so it's gonna be a while!

and yep, love that movie too, good stuff with Fred Ward !

I was 15 in 1965 and carried a pocket knife daily, as I had for the previous seven years. In those days, a knife was carried by most of us boy's, even at school. Nothing's changed as far as knife carry goes, now 50 years later, except that I probably carry at least two.

Yup, 65 years young. Photo in my avatar is when I was a younger man of about 59. Still use a straight razor (not a knife), but shave less these days. :D:D:D

You found my bio online somewhere and copied it, Barry? The above description is me, except the straight razor.:D

27 here. Looking forward to many years of traditional knife making and collecting. I hope to continue seeing the younger generations gaining interest in these timeless beauties.
