Its been my experience that the email list is useless. Yes, there’s somewhat of a pattern. I’ve hit two of the last three drops. Good luck on the upcoming ones!

I wouldn't say the email list is useless-- kinda like the Telegram notice for CK reserves, if you happen to be holding your phone in your hand when it arrives you've got the next minute or so to make it happen. I finally caught my first Albers drop that way, had phone in hand and email open when the drop
message appeared. *Sometimes* but not always Eric will give a bit of a heads-up here if a drop is imminent so it's also worthwhile to keep your ear to the ground here.

Edit to add: on a *very rough* average the drops seem to happen every couple months, that's how much time it takes for Eric to work up another batch of 50 or so knives.

This I do know and I believe I’m not the only one. On the last drop I got email notification about an hour after I had already ordered. 🤷

Wow that's not very helpful is it? I know Eric just hits "send" and the message goes out to his entire email list at the same time, but there could be lags based on your individual email client or how often your server is set to "fetch" new messages etc.

Finished my honey-do list for the day, time to relax with my favorite brew and my (current) favorite knife.
