So your saying there is a chance.I have heard second-hand from knifemakers who have made club knives in past years, mostly for the Oregon Knife Collectors Association. Anyone who has made 50 or more, has vowed never to do it again!! It is a daunting task!!
Eric has said it's not something he would want to do.So your saying there is a chance.
That is certainly understandable Charlie, waynorth . Shifting gears, I do hope that Eric only does one handle choice on his upcoming Lambs. That would allow many more people to get one. It seems that a lot of people try to get multiples because of the large number of handle material choices. What do you think Eric,
ea42 ?
Ivory Bone would look great!
I was making a joke that is from the movie Dumb and Dumber. The character in the movie is responding to someone basically telling him it is impossibly unlikely to happen.Eric has said it's not something he would want to do.
Gotcha!!I was making a joke that is from the movie Dumb and Dumber. The character in the movie is responding to someone basically telling him it is impossibly unlikely to happen.
You were told right. That is a great one
Anyone would love that in their collection. I certainly would, a beautiful piece of cutlery.I was told that Eric made these Red Trout knives. I like it very much!
Pics are looking great guys! I'm FINALLY making some progress again! I was beginning to wonder if things would ever get moving again but here I am back in the shop with the stove a crankin'! Here's where I'm at as far as hafts. Tomorrow I start gauging and finishing blades and springs and then I can start assembling. I'm hoping to get this run done by around the second week in January. Also have about a dozen hempwood hafts. First time using that material so I'm curious to see how it turns out. I'll keep you posted!

Yep, just like the rest of us!I'm hoping to be able to pick up one of your knives which I don't have a single one of.
It's impossible to get one of your slipjoints just trying to depend on luck ... and probably pretty dang hard even if I get the newsletter just because of understandable demand.
But hey ... I can hope![]()
