I'll take Feta either way. Good stuff. I make spinach and feta omelettes quite often and we get the cheese from a local farm.

The salad course of lunch today, considering how much we were talking about place settings lately I figured I would share.

Looks very pretty but it has as much Becker content as one of my buddy's posts.

Greek salad is great, that is feta cheese WW and it is excellent.. it is a crumbly goat cheese.

I didn't have such a fancy place setting, but I had some damn good food for lunch.. this little hole in the wall Thai place down the street is so freaking good.. 90% of the people in the place are Thai or Asian.. I have been watching what I eat and all for 2 months now, I threw a munch and had 3 1/2 plates.. I took a pic to send to my coworker that usually eats lunch with me here..this was the first plate full.

Im Greek myself, I dont mind a little feta, but not big on much of it. I HATE Greek yogurt, just dont tell my ancestors or Zues might hit my butt with lightening

God gave me all the eating utensils I need on the ends of my arms.

Amen brother, Amen!

I wonder who this guy is talking about LMAO

Uh oh. His green light burned out again.

Yea, had to help my daughter with homework. It was fun... then she stole her little brothers tootsie roll pop right out of his hand so it was disciplining time!!

On another note, 710 should have a title under his name that says MASTER SHEATH-MAKER!! He sent me a teaser picture of the chopweiler's sheath and OH MY GOODNESS talk about a whole lot of badassery!

I started making my kydex sheath today..........cut it up into too small of pieces to use :(:( think paper shredder:(:(

Lee, that meal looks awesome. However, I've got nothing to complain about. Sergey knocked the flank steak RIGHT OFF THE FANTAIL tonight. Holy moly, I stuffed myself. That man has a way with meat. Yep, I said that.

Man i like these beads, i wish i could do anything near this good. The other 4 still packaged are headed to my buddies in Australia.

Excuse that awesomeness of an original one of a kind knife there, this picture is for the BEADS.

Sounds awesome! Did you dine with the monkey? :D

*lol*

The monkey and his idiot primate buddies stayed on their silly ship, so we had no guests. worse yet, our heroes are still over there helping out and missed the fabulous flank steak.

Yeah when I have Feta its goat cheese YUM
I truly prefer sheep or goat also, the flavor profile is completely different. I Ate the cow today cause I was hungry as all hell.

i do the same thing but I also throw in some vidalia onions. It just seems a natural pair.

Two ways to look at this, 1) It's the snark thread, and it is a topic that has been discussed ad nauseum, as of late. 2) Ethan is a Le Cordon Bleu trained chef and we are discussing what is one of the 6 week classes in that program. It is place settings and proper etiquette at a table.

I guess there is a third option as well which is, I was carrying my 11, in my Becker Bag, along with a 16. So while this particular picture doesn't highlight the Beckers I have with me, I am pretty much always Becker-centric.

I think Ray was talking about a BH that dosnt have any Beckers ;) but wants a 9 again
