They may be ugly to some, but when it comes to actual use, Spyderco’s are really hard to beat. I avoided them for years, but when I tried one I realized why they are popular.I love my Spyderco's. I don't like thumbstuds, so a hole, flipper, front flipper, or auto/OTF is preferred.
I love Spyderco's ergonomics, they just fit my hands.
For me, I don't like Benchmades, and I have what I feel are valid reasons.
To each their own.
This exactly. They may be ugly to some, but when it comes to actual use, Spyderco’s are really hard to beat. I avoided them for years, but when I tried one I realized why they are popular.
I also have this one. Not to be dramatic..but it’s indescribable
Once you try one you’ll understand the hype. They cut,, and they cut well! Isn’t that ultimately what a knife is supposed to do?As the title states. I have never owned or had the desire to buy a Spyderco. I’ve had friends who love them and I’ve handled them, but they are just not my cup of tea. Am I the only one with no love for them?
Meh, lots of knives cut well.Once you try one you’ll understand the hype. They cut,, and they cut well! Isn’t that ultimately what a knife is supposed to do?
That's a good-lookin' Spyderco.I also have this one. Not to be dramatic..but it’s indescribable
The “Don’t knock it till you’ve tried it” phrase comes to mind. When it comes down to pure cutting performance Spyderco’s are hard to beat. I understand they’re not for everyone though. I’m not crazy about some of their designs but if you do find one that you like and buy I’d say there’s about a 99.9 percent chance you’ll be happy with it.Meh, lots of knives cut well.
I'm sure they make good knives, that is why they are so popular. I'm sure the majority of people here have good judgement. Still not gonna try it, though.
