Don't know if you plan to strip it or not but man, all this work is worth it- mine is getting pretty shiny, just time consuming. Love the bruiser slabs! Very nice combo

Anyone else take take delivery?? Lets see some more color combinations. Really like the lighter blade colors to show off the contours, it's way more subtle in black. Still thrilled with my color choice. No ragrets

nice!
I agree on the colors- Looking at Chads bronze it shows the best of the lines imo of all of them- I'm really digging that bronze in this case-

Believe it or not, it's still there and I didn't even try to etch it. My house was half packed up due to an impending move, and thus no solution handy. So, while it's light, it's still there.

Yep, same here- still there and I have those flats reflecting light nicely and almost all machine marks out- lot of work. It's there- but it's light and seems to be popping better the shinier it gets

Same here--it almost struck me as cut into the steel... is that how it's done?

definitely cut into the steel for sure. I can feel it running my nails across it where some of the cross hatch marks that are left, can't feel them only see them.

Anybody have a pic of the Burp and a TG together....curious to see the comparison
Don't have a TG yet (A2 will be my first) but looking at my other blades and the burp, my first thought is they are "apples and oranges" I've seen Rob batten wood with a TG and that's not really a job I'd look to the Burp to fulfill as duty on firewood patrol. I'd rather butcher something with it more than chop on a tree.

I’m so happy to o hear that

That’s awesome! I was concerned about the logo. I haven’t received mine yet, but I’m definitely excited. This will be my first Busse.
