You have to remember that anything or word that has "re" in front of it has an entirely different meaning than one would think.
In the sense that "re" is used with any re-gards to Tsimi you have to consult, Not "re"-consult, the "Webster's Ninth Collegiate Dictionary" where in one definition (The Correct Definition pertaining to Tsimi!!!!) of "re" it says and I quote.......
