Progressive paradox. Sounds about right. I'll just swap out the scales, and everything will be fine.
I'm in on the pre-stickied Snark thread.
Not anymore.
Great idea for the cabin. I've used that kind of system before and it works great, and is easily stored away.
I just purchased a large poncho this weekend. It has push buttons along the side, and reinforced points with nylon loops. This way, it allows you to open the poncho so that it's a large rectangular piece of plastic which can be used as a tarp for building a shelter. Cool beans. Heavy duty and I'm happy with it. Guess I'll be mostly using it as a poncho though. Rainy forest hikes are pretty awesome.
and this Front Runner spare tire mount BBQ grate.

There will be some serious mail-checking this week.
I have been looking at the Zodi on demand hot water systems. They are powered by propane and aren't that expensive.
It might be worth looking at Dubs.

Those look pretty cool. Did you grow a third hand as well?
I kind of thought the same thing. There's a cabin down the lane from me a bit. I guess the former owners of the cabin I got knew the people, and then bought the land next door. It definitely would have been cheaper to have part of the hill removed at the bottom though, as opposed to having to clear all the trees for a road, and remove hillside further on up. I do want to walk up, and see if I can see the river anywhere up there. Thought it would be cool to build a deck up there somewhere, if I could. Good times for sure, except when I can't be there, haha.
Well, you could have a Beckerhead Gathering on your property. By the time Sunday night rolled around, there wouldn't be a tree taller than 3" standing. Or any snakes either.
The driveway would hold about 4 cars, haha.
