Any Winkler fans?

The new one i saw was close to the Huntsman and Blue Ridge hunter in size like in the middle.
They told me the cart was split in half. Half went to the store Or possibly the public as they seemed to have 8-10 at the retail store with various handles mostly sculpted. The other half went to an organization that helps kids of fallen military and first responders. None of this info is set in stone as my memory isn't the best. So if someone knows more…..
kudos to Winkler Knives and their outreach efforts! 👍🏻
I will call Bruce Tuesday to get the info as i am now curious to how accurate i am and the name of the Knife.

Ahh very nice. So they are still out there but I’m guessing not being produced anymore.
Please post some pictures if you get it. If you don’t buy it but can still get us a pic or two that would be nice too?
I've got the Winkler Folder. I think it was only produced for a couple of years. It's a nice knife but I don't carry it much. Mostly it stays in one of my bags or in my car.

I see its a flipper as well? The one i saw looked different than yours. Similar but somehow different. I will investigate

So seems this one thread is the only place Winkler Knife/Axe enthusiasts can come to share thoughts, questions and pictures of this brand?
I heard there’s a Winkler Enthusiasts forum on Facebook that sadly/happily I deleted my account. Is that the only place?
Should have a forum dedicated to this brand here on bladeforums don’t you think?

Yes the Facebook group is pretty nice. It would be nice to have our own subforum but it probably needs to be requested by the actual maker. I also don’t know how much different discussion can realistically be had about Winkler knives outside of what we already post here.

Ok then this is our unofficial Winkler meeting place here on bladeforums. I can live with that.
I may have to reboot my Facebook acct (against my better judgement) so maybe i’ll see everyone there as well. Until that happens anything i can learn about Winkler history or history we are all making at present time with our knives is welcome. Did i forget to mention i like pictures?🤣
Thanks
DN
