Any Winkler fans?

She's probably a Scorpio.

As part of the business venture, find someone to make quality leather gloves.

🤔

Worse.....Aries.
Gloves definitely are something......
Lately I've been thinking about what gloves are? And what they are for?
-and for Real work, I'm wondering if liner-less mittens might be better?
For digging, hauling stone, carrying logs, pulling rope. Tough stuff.
Better protection, No split seams, better dexterity by slipping your hand out and using it.

Leather liner-less Mittens

Yes but... the ones I like just don't fit my hands well at all. I have a couple of the smaller ones, a Chipper and an SD-1. I recently picked up a combat hammer axe that is really nice.

Flip-top mittens.

Allows temporarily freeing up the fingers.

I wear them when hunting. Allows me to stay warm until I can take that shot.

Wool on the inside, Leather on the outside.

Bulky, expensive, warm.

Aries? You are on your own...

Here is my operator. I just got it sharp the other day after I finally got impatient with the chunky edge that wouldn’t cut well. Other than that it has been great, it’s an awesome knife once you sharpen it like a knife and not a splitting maul. Surprisingly easy to sharpen actually, I’ve only ever stropped it. Went faster than I expected.

Winkler Family photo. This comes down to personal preference, I carry the SD1, over an SD2 I don't own (ramp) and General (very much like it but prefer ramp, lighter weight from size and skeletonized tang, sheath).

Combat Axe
Hunter Axe LT
SD1 (user)
Mast General "The General"
Operator
Belt Knife (lives in work bag)

Yes. Almost all of mine are either rubber, and Burlap Micarta... with a few black or tan micarta.

My favorites are the Recon, Field, and Operator Knives. My favorite axe is the Legacy, and Ranger.

Would you be willing to sell one of your Gbrs daggers?
