Any Winkler fans?

I live in NC only a few hours from the mts where we visit quite frequently. Winkler Knives is about 20 minutes from the cabin. Closer to the cabin is the Mast General Store. It has been a general store in Valle Crucis since the 1880’s and is going strong even though now it’s as much a tourist destination as a general store. Nonetheless they have an impressive knife shop where I purchased my Winkler Belt Knife years ago. This past weekend I purchased my third Winkler - it’s a Mast Store exclusive made by Dan Winkler and Patrick from the Store and has a topo and profile of the most well known nearby mountain, Grandfather Mt.. The topo and profile are engraved into the scale. I’ve spent untold hours over three decades exploring most of grandfather Mountain and all around it. As such, I just had to get this. I’ve pictured it with my Blue Ridge Hunter to show it’s size.

They call it the “General”. It doesn’t say Winkler Knives but says Mast General. It does have WK on the blade as i recall as i don’t have it in hand atm. You can see mine in the 3 o’clock position in my photo. I have been to both the Valley Cruses and the Boone store where i made the special drive as soon as they got these Generals back in stock. They sell out fast.

I liked it a lot but i chose the Blue Ridge Hunter as my first Winkler. I just wanted the Winkler Knives on the knife full stop.
Jfyi The original General also had jumping closer to the tip but later was dropped from later models.
Neglected to mention i really like this knife.

The people at Mast General are great. I always enjoy shopping there.
The original store in Valley Cruses has the bigger knife display. Last time i was there they were waiting on their bigger Winkler order and the choices were very slim. I could get into the reason why but lets not and say i did. Lol

Does anyone own both a Woodsman and a BRH that might be able to post a few side-by-side photos? I'm most interested in the blade shape and how much belly each blade has, but seeing the handles side-by-side would be helpful also. I'm not finding much online and the few photos I can find are odd angles where the blade shape is difficult to compare. Thanks in advance for anyone who can help!

Here is a good side-by-side size comparison of the Blue Ridge Hunter and the Operator, in case it’s helpful for anyone. Both are fantastic knives. My only gripe about the Operator is that I wish it had a little bit more of a finger guard. A small thumb ramp wouldn’t hurt my feelings either.
