How about a Hinderer designed watch, all Ti 45mm case on 24mm leather with Hinderer Ti buckle - all with design cues from the XM.
 
I could go on & on but lets start with 1 1st.
FOLDER: I'll take a 3.5" XM-18 Full Convex Grind Spear Point CPM-S125V or CPM-3V Magpul FDE Brown Cerakoted Blade with a Black DLC coated frame with black PVD coated liner & bronze DLC coated standoffs, clip, & tab. Lightning strike smooth polished carbon fiber. Bronze DLC coated body screws & standoff pins. Bronze DLC coated pivot. Blue DLC coated thumbstud.
FIXED BLADE: I'll take a 5.5" Spanto Hollow Grind tip with High Convex Cutting Edge made of CPM-3V with Polished Lightning Strike textured or frag Carbon Fiber scales. The blade will be DLC Coated Graphite Black on the flats & tang with the satin finish of the grinds. The hardware will be bronze DLC coated.

That's easy, an XM-24 with armoured bowie blade and Q-ball anodised frame and titanium scale :)
 
I have always wanted an XM with bolsters so, Ti Bolsters with a lightning strike CF scale for me please, 3.5"...Custom Spanto.

Makes one wonder...... Is there postage? Does he address it to Santa or just "Me"? Is it really worth wrapping the gifts?
 
Xm-24 Custom Spanto, Non flipper, Blue anodized stone washed lockside. Blue anodized liner with Frag pattern CF scale.
 
Bolsters? How about petrified T-Rex bone bolsters and textured bronze ano both sides....
 
I like the idea of an XM-18 3.5" Spanto all titanium with damascus blade.
Not extremely far fetched but I sure haven't seen any around!
 
I need an XM-223 (somewhere between XM-18 & 24) folder that has a 0.175" stock of 4" CPM-M4 thin Hollow Ground Spanto with 65 HRC. I want the handle to be custom fitted to my hand size because the XM-24 handle is way too big & thick. The blade will be DLC FDE Brown & the frame lock DLC Bronze with a smooth mirror Tungsten scratch proof display scale. also need a optional lifetime warranty on the finish so I can get the blade & handle recoated after it gets scratched up.
