I'm a Realtor in an upscale office in a very large city, and I EDC a fixed blade every day. They are carried in a pocket sheath in my right rear pocket.
I have 6 blades in my usual rotation. Two are small Blind Horse Knives smaller patch knives; one a Wharncliffe, the other a drop point. I also carry 2 of their larger patch knives, once again a Wharncliffe, and a drop point.
The other 2 are made by Michael Morris. Once again a Wharncliffe and a drop point. All of these knives are beautifully made and have gorgeous handle materials, fiddleback maple, antler, ivory.
If I do use one in the course of business, more often than not they are seen as beautiful, functional tools. You might want to take a look at their web pages.
