I agree it could be better. But I am glad there is something there.

After y’all buy these then they will come out with the bone and jigged bone stuff. 😆 then when you have acquired those it will be in premium steel blades.
 
What thread was I reading recently about how Buck really likes to use the name "Ranger" for several different knives over the years?

Seems like the compromise was to drop the "r" on these new offerings. lol

I'm interested in them, like a few others have mentioned.
 
Thanks for posting the 2025 Catalog notice! Looks like Buck is going to have a great season with many of these offerings.

So. A Griptilian and a Vantage got married and had a kid. They named him Range. ;)

I'm really interested in the Range Pro (both sizes) Now wouldn't they look awesome with micarta? I'll go with the plastic for now. I'm not a fan of the aluminum handles on the Range Elite personally.

I'm also glad to see the ebony on some of the 300 series. Very.

It is good to see both the Vantage series and the Sprint series making the cut again for 2025.

I'm eager to see the new line up soon from all the SHOT Show videos.

My credit card would be burning a hole in my pocket if Buck offered the 301 and/or the 303 with a punch in place of the spey. A forlorn wish I'm sure. That said, I'm glad to see 301 and 303 production continue. I wouldn't have been surprised had they been discontinued.

As they aren't doing bone handles in the regular production, hopefully there is a 2025 BOTM in the planning stages. Smooth bone or jigged. 301 if Buck is starting a survey. 2 blades per earlier BOTMs. Please and thank you Buck.

It does look like they are missing from the catalog. I wonder if they were having warranty issues. Perhaps the screws falling out or something. I bet once Joe Knifeguy takes it apart, he strips the screws, loses them, or doesn't put them in correctly so that they fall out later.

Do you have any 301 or 303 that is in blue? All I have is the blue bone China Buck slipjoints that SMKW offered. And I know of the "Glacier Blue" China Buck slipjoints, of which I have none.

I can't imagine that's it, every other manufacturer makes knives that can be easily disassembled. I do wish that they went away from the T6 and changed to T8.

I do not, nor do I know if any have ever been made. I'm sorry if my post was confusing. I wasn't implying that 301's or 303's were made in this color blue before. I was saying it's been awhile since I've seen ANY 300 series in this color. And yes, I think something similar to this color has been used before, specifically on the 305 Lancer model with the scissors. I believe it was an SMKW exclusive. My memory could be wrong though. I know for sure the 305 Lancer with scissors was offered in a somewhat darker blue.

I do have the blue 305 clipper😀. They were offered directly by Buck. I will be getting all 10 301 and 303 2025 offerings for my slip joint collection.
