Listen, if testing your Lettuce Day requires Vampires, how good can it be for you...? Seriously.... Like telling me to test my muscule tone by asking a few Zombie's to sample it.....
 
basically nordic walking is walking with two poles, so the upper body muscles are used as well ... looks incredibly silly but takes out the benefits of the elliptical trainer to the road ...


and don't worry, no vampire is coming anywhere near me, too much garlic in the lettuce
 
I thought garlic was an aphrodesiac for Italian vampires?

Can you belive it? I just got a call from my wife asking me what I spent 10$ over the weekend.I became a member here the other night it was real late.I bring home all the real bacon around here how dare she question my membership purchase to this great place?Oh I forgot to mention the Izula and the Maxped fatboy I got also but really how dare she!!!!Anyone else having similar issues?DN

i haven't had that problem. i also got an izula. how you liking yours?

I ordered it on Fri so still waiting on it.I just got the basic knife and sheath so I need to go buy some parcord and other goodies to attach to it.I only have a kershaw blur at the moment but love it.

I originally thought that it involved cold weather and snow......... I guess i would look less silly in those condition.. I still prefer my snowsoes over a pair of ''walking poles''
