Apology PLEASE READ

I really am hoping Sogtrident does the right thing, and for himself, more than Jaydev. Jaydev is out a few hundred dollars, Sogtrident has lost alot more than money. That is what I am trying to convey.
 
Jaydev should get with Spark or the moderator's and collect SogTrident's IP address and simply press charges, he admitted that he commited multiple crimes and he's had more than enough time to pay back the losses Jaydev incured. The internet and forums in general don't grant you a license to steal from others.

Regardless I hope Jaydev is compensated and satisfied with the outcome regardless of what happens.

Perhaps it would have been more convincing and more useful, IF the OP had first kept quiet about his behaviour,made financial and other amends to his victim and THEN publicized his transformation.

As it stands, it simply looks like a long tale of deceit ,delusion and evasion. It is not a victimless crime either.
 
Well, it looks like sogtrident7 hasn't logged on since 3-12-12. Any new updates?

I had kind words in my prior post for him, but if this hasn't been addressed fully by now it should be over and easy to prosecute.
 
Junkies sell their soul for thier high. It is an extremely selfish place they choose to put themselves in, and it drains society in many ways.

Ok, a little update for my BF support team. I just heard from Ben today ,he is waiting to pay me back before he goes back on BF he said "I want u to know I am still waiting on my taxes and I told my wife what happened sometime back so she knows it's coming out too so NO MORE LYING."
So if we look at the positive he is not ducking me and is at least getting back to me... I know most people are thinking this guy is full of shit.
The way I see it is if he pays me back great if he doesn't that is on him. I'm just happy for all the support I got from you guys. It was worse when he was telling me I'm crazy and a liar. That really pissed me off...lol
Also, if it was not for you guys putting all that pressure on him in the beginning none of this would have been possible! For that I am extremely grateful!

I confess that I seldom read the Good//Bad/Ugly. I almost never post here.

It has always seemed to me that the good guy is easily attacked, and his reputation besmirched no matter how many Members or Mods come to his defense.

Mr. Benjamin is fair, and works hard to help. I am amazed at how well he does, but he has an impossible job.

I have been active in business for over 60 years. I find the BF Membership to be largely made up of some of the finest, most honest men and women of their word that I have met in 60 years.

I have participated in well over 200 knife transactions with BF Members and Custom Makers. A couple of knives took a very long time to arrive. Every knife eventually showed up. Three knives were not exactly as described.

I think this record is absolutely stunning. BF Forever.

If you ever have an interest in Traditionals to trade, I would be delighted to do business with you.

If the OP was going to make restitution he would already have started to do so. Ten or twenty bucks a week is easy enough as a gesture of good faith. Skip lunch if you have to, but come up with something to show that you're earnest.
 
Yet another con, makes me sick everytime I hear or read that someone got ripped off.
Sad, its people like that, that makes us lose trust in even the most decent of people.
JayDev, all respect to you for being so gracious about this whole thing. I hope that you get whats owed,
but I've been there and all the promises & sweet talk never got me resolution or compensation.

I think most members here are 100% *not* interested in hearing anything positive about the guy until he MAKES YOU WHOLE, not even if it comes from you. Frankly, this is beyond you and him at this point. Then, he can apologize to the community.

Good on you Jaydev, I'm pretty patient, but I'm not I'd be able to take it as well as you show.
 
Seriously has this guy paid out a cent yet? I gaurantee he had come into posession of atleast 100 dollars that he would have been able to allocate towards repaying his debt, but merely from the fact that he hasn't paid back a bit it shows that he would rather keep his money for himself and is likely thinking in the back of his mind that if he HAPPENS to come into a large sum of money and has a good surplus of funds then he will toss out a few bones. Selfish.

Yup! Actions speak louder than words.

First it was commissions coming in, and then tax return. Still no progress.
 
I just read through this thread...makes me sick. I truly hope you get your money,,,,because I couldn't tolerate this one bit.
 
Someone much wiser than me once told me that if someone promises to pay you back when their tax return comes in, you're never going to see that money. You can count on that.
 
It sure is quiet around here. Where are are all of the bleeding hearts that were so vocal before? For the past three weeks I've been dealing with major problems caused by douchebags just like the OP.

I had to change my phone number, bank accounts, CC Cards and a host of other things that I'd rather not get into. Needless to say I don't have much sympathy for his kind. . .

Weird, huh? Call me a cynic but I think the whole 'people are inherently good' thing is a bit overrated.
