April 2026 BOTM - 112 S35VN Long Pull Drop Point, Barehead Marbled Carbon Fiber, Pocket Clip

Everybody seems to be making a sword lately, which i'm cool with, how about a Buck sword? Single-edge cutlass type in 3V for strength, with a swoopy clip-point similar to the standard 110, nickel-silver crossguard and pommel, and some nice scales, not picky what kind. Maybe black denim micarta. And i'm fine with black ceracoat for the blade as that's a lot of steel to rust if not kept carefully oiled. Kydex scabbard you can rig for belt-carry or over-the-shoulder/back like in the Blade movies.

539 in some good steel like S35VN and micarta slabs without Cerakote unless blaze orange. I should've gotten a couple of them for my different packs. It weighs next to nothing and is a great size and shape.

Ouch! I really like this one. Passing for now. I've been splurging lately, so waiting to see how bad my credit card bill will be. I don't think 500 are going to last long. - see how long I last.

I'm a bit surprised at the somewhat negative reception here so far. I bit, I think this one will sell fast. Picked up a couple tin signs now that the discount applies and I'll meet the shipping minimum. I think Preston pjsjr pjsjr had a very good point/suggestion about the tang marking. It would be laser applied so no actual investment in a physical stamp.

Maybe our Buck rep.,who apparently reads this forum, got enthusiastic about “Two For Tuesday”. Lol

After all, this is a match to the 110 which has the same specs.

PS: A headless 112 is the rarest Buck in my humble collection.
