Thanks for the advice. I was planning on taking minnows too, but figured I would try the worms first. For right now I'm a shore fisherman. I'm hoping to be a boat fisherman soon. We are just waiting for some parts for the boat trailer and to get it fixed. We inherited it this past spring and the trailer has a bent axle and a broken spring. I'm hoping I can get out at least a few times with the boat before it gets too cold.


Eta: life happened and I didn't end up going today, so I'll try tomorrow. The first place I wanted to go is a 45 minute drive and I just didn't have time to make sense of driving that far. I am however, going to hit the lake here and try to get a few walleye before it gets dark.

In other news... My PS3 is killing me. I managed to get 80% of the 8 gigabyte Destiny update installed before it signed me out of PlayStation Network and messed it up. Most of the time it only makes it to 1 or 2% before doing it...

Good on ya! I....have not lost any weight, despite drinking plenty of beer and not really paying attention to calories, much. At least I think I haven't lost any poundage since I fail to pay attention to the scale as well. Might have even found some of everybody else's "lost" weight. Y'all can have it back, if so.

Congratulations....on having more "discretionary" income now. That shop should start coming along nicely ;).
 
Finished my eagle project tonight, giant weight off my shoulders.

Cbear- there are certain. Time ketchup is good on a steak, for instance, I make my own steak sauce with ketchup and worchestershire sauce
 
Had to go to a wake this evening. My aunt died Monday morning. Nothing sad, it was better that she passed, as she was in a lot of pain.

You've listed two sauces here. One can be mentioned in the same sentence as steak. The other cannot.

Sorry to hear that Dubz. I've got one to go to in the morning that I'm no looking forward to. He was only 43.
 
Managed to catch 4 walleye to keep. Threw another 5 back. Wasn't really planning on keeping any but had one that got its gills torn when I set the hook. Didn't want to clean just 1, so I figured I may as well keep a few meals.
