Are ZT knives worth it?

How are words on a screen imposing one's will on you?
Are you not free to ignore them?
Or argue back?

Exactly. Same goes for you and everyone else who disagrees.
You are free and welcome to ignore.
Or argue back.
After all just words on a screen, and yet you and others seem so offended by mine.

Not offended.
Just filling in some of the meaningless moments which comprise this little thing called life.

Now I'm off to go eat some homemade soup.

(oh yeah...you should buy my book. It has no ZT's in it at all ;))

Absolutely I would love to buy your book, and I have actually been meaning to. Thanks for reminding me.

Is that what he's here for? I though he was here to moderate his sub forum? I see various brands being disparaged all the time and don't see the sub forum mods confronting people. Only this one.

Well, that would depend upon the particular mod. ;)

I see that you are being obtuse, not surprising because you don't really have a leg to stand on with the direction of your arguments. :D

Not at all. Just trying out my Jedi powers in imposing my will on you. :)

For EDC, I'd prefer other knives.

ZT knives just don't appeal to me at all. Too big and too heavy.

That's because I'm not really arguing. The thread can be read and stands for itself and the behavior of the Kai mod was out of line. No need for me to prove or argue the obvious.

See? Now you're making the assumption that your opinion is fact. That there is pretty funny. :D

The interesting thing is I didn't address anyone in this thread except the Kai mod. And now I find myself addressing others who are compelled to take exception to what I said to him?

He has shown himself quite capable of speaking for himself.

But if you feel you must, please continue. I'll read the rest later and get back to you.

I own smaller, lighter knives that cut just as good, I don't like walking around with a brick in my pocket, and my tools don't need to be made out of the flavor of the month materials in order for me to trust them so no, they are not worth the money to me and I own 4 ZT knives.

Careful, outside of W&C this is called trolling.

Edited to add.

Constructive criticism and offering a balanced opinion may have conveyed a more civil contribution. Your gross exaggeration to the extent of bashing really does convey an agenda or axe to grind to which Kai was entirely correct in his observations.

It was interesting to see the same W&C regulars all (with similar cantankerous behaviour) respond to the "axe to grind", it kind of exposed the plot.

You guys still at it? Hate to say anything but Kai Corp guy apologized and left back at post #170, saying, "We'll try to let General be a place where we don't "mod" as much in the future." I suspect they'll do the standard forum protocol and allow their aficionados to carry the ball in the general forum, like other manufacturers do.

I hope ZT is a good knife because I'll be getting my 0350 off layaway tomorrow and it's my first ZT ever

I'm still trying to figure out how one can spend $400+ on one brand only to decide they aren't worth it after all. Sounds like a newb spending spree.
