Man I would love to go to that show!! I cant believe the talent on display, some remarkable knives from the heavy hitters of bladesmithing.
 
For the record....

12 1/4 inches of Explosion wrapped Turkish twist. The frame handle is carved African Blackwood.

It's a take-down, and the Damascus headed, Blackwood bodied take-down tool holds spare assembly pins.

It's on the way to Paul Long for an exceedingly fancy Damascus studded sheath, fit for a Prince, then it'll be on the table at the Arkansas show.

Man that is some nice maple Karl cant wait to see the rest of it. lots of great knives so far. this is my first time at this show will there be handle supplies stag, ivory, wood?
 
Hey John, now that's a dagger! Really looking forward to seeing this one. I'm finishing up a couple now...a W2 camp knife and a W2 southwest Bowie w/forge texture and hamon for the cutting competition. I'll try to get some pics up later on. Looking forward to seeing y'all...so glad Kyle is going to make it but I'll miss Shawn McIntyre.

Bruce, I love that slipjoint. I am looking forward to seeing all of these knives next week I hope. I am sure a few or more will be gone before I get to see them. This is a great lineup and sure that there will be many more posted in the next few day's.
