So now I am going to have to throw myself a pity party, as it turns out that I will not be able to go to Little Rock after all, and it is my favorite show of the year. I bought plane tickets weeks ago and I have a hotel reservation . . . I even already bought a ticket for the Gala . . . but my daughter won some awards last weekend at a local Science Olympiad and I have to take her out of town to compete in the Regional Science Olympiad which I just found out a couple of weeks ago is going to be held on Saturday February 16. Of course it's great to be doing this with my kid (and I am a coach of her team), but I just wish we could have been assigned to a different regional or it would have been scheduled for a different weekend.

So . . . y'all have fun buying up all of these gorgeous specimens. Be sure to spend some money for me! And I will try to make up for it at the ECCKS a couple of weeks later.
