August 2024 BOTM - 113 Ranger Skinner, S35VN, Scalloped Richlite

This exclusive Buck 113 Ranger Skinner fixed blade knife features a S35VN stainless steel, satin finish, drop point blade. The handle is made of scalloped Richlite with a satin finish, nickel silver bolster and a lanyard hole. Includes an imported, black genuine leather sheath. Each knife is handcrafted at our factory in Post Falls, Idaho and only 500 of these knives were made. As part of the Buck of the Month program, each knife comes with a Certificate of Authentication verifying the unique, limited build.

This is the 3rd 113 Ranger Skinner released in the month of August (2018 and 2022 were the prior releases).

I have a custom oak/nickel 113 that while I love, doesn't get a ton of use, so I'll save the money.

They can't all be super exciting, but with the same scalloped richlite as the legacy 110 and 112 a while back, this seems kind of like an afterthought. *ducks*

Very nice and they almost hooked me. However, it is a good way towards a custom 113 with ironwood and Magnacut. Going to have to pass.

I ordered one. It's only 1 number from 112 and it has "Ranger" in its name.
