A couple years ago I took off to the store to get some paint with my wife, about 3/4 of the way there I realized I had set my wallet and phone on the edge of the truck bed up against the cab.. I pulled into a Gold's Gym parking lot and looked in the bed, but of course it wasn't there.... we back tracked all the way to the house and looked and looked.. about 30 minutes later my Dad calls me and says that he is going to meet someone that found my wallet... I guess when I freaked out and swerved into the parking lot I knocked them off... The really lucky part was my wallet got ran over but my phone didn't.. I gave him a Hooters gift card for being honest :)

Neither would I, and I don't.....but I always have the folder on me, because I can't always carry the 16, 15, 9, 12, 2, 4, 5 or 11 on my person. Someday, when you have an actual job, this may be easier to wrap your head around....

I've always liked you Psy, I was actually going to PM you about a sheath for a 16, however, you are clearly incapable of engaging "children" on a professional level, I won't waste your time.

One time I got drunk on the river and lost my BK14. It was returned later that day by my uncle who'd found it on a sand bar after I had already paddled away. I bought him a BK14 not long after that.

Nah, it's way too much for my needs at work. I have a Magua in my bag, but carry a folder in my pocket and a 1911 on my hip. I think I'm set for most practical needs.

Now that is a happy end! I mean, the hooters card is pretty good too, but we're a knife forum anyway:cool:

Thanks guys. It's what I do.

I don't think I've ever actually lost a knife and then found it or had it returned. However, I've put quite a few away somewhere, forgot about them, and stumbled across 'em later completely by accident :o :p

Well you never know when one will be needed... lol

It had been given to me by one of my customers, he had it in his wallet for months he said and he was never going to use it.. I carried it for about 6 months and never used it.. seemed like the thing a young Navy guy would be interested in. I work part time for some radio stations and every year we would do a week in the different hooters in town for their annual food drive... I have been there enough to last me a life time.
