You know how there is a fans of becker knives, and fans of kabar knife groups? We need a "no sleep team" Insomniac group for people who stay up all night staring at knives :D
 
I picked up some Empyrian vanilla porter and Shake chocolate stout Friday at SWMBO's urging.
both are pretty tolerable at room temp - but boring at fridge temps.
 
Speaking of movies, my gf and I watched Last Vegas last night. Its definitely worth a watch.....I laffed my arse off through mist of it.
 
Bad grandpa was pretty funny too if you are into that type of comedy. If you liked the Jackass movies you would like it.
 
I've been racking my mind trying to figure out what to get my girlfriend for her birthday on Monday, but am drawing a blank. She's tough to buy for and rarely hints about anything. We were out of town a few Fridays ago when I bought my new pickup and she spied a zippo she liked, so I stopped and got that tonight. She saw a huge stuffed gorilla too and I was gonna grab it, but there was no way I was gonna pay $80 for one. I guess maybe I'll send her a bouquet of flowers to her work on Monday. That scored me some points last time when all her coworkers were jealous cuz they never get flowers.

women keeping secrets? Only from men, never from each other. Never ever, I mean never ever ever, ask a girl's friends for help with anything....NOT EVER!!! That kind of friend crap only exist in movies, not in real life.......never ever!!!!!

Have you ever got her a massage or spa package?

I have never done that for my wife, so im thinking of getting her a gift card for a real massage or spa treatment or something, to go with some horseback riding... because she has never rode a horse... On our Anniversary in May
 
The massage idea isn't bad at all. She's been pretty stressed lately, so I bet she would really like it if I got her to go.

And thanks for the Las Vegas recommendation, Morgan Freeman has me choking on my pepsi only 4 and a half minutes in. :thumbup:
 
We watched Last Vegas a couple weeks ago. Not exactly the pinnacle of cinematic art, but a nice enjoyable movie with some hearty laughs. I'd recommend it :thumbup:
