Back by Popular Demand... What folder do you guys carry?

Many times i have almost bought that Falkie GP. Its pricey though

I second this ^ I'd never seen that particular Fallkniven, I like it more than their others... Made by Hattori? Do you know? Nice looking knife, either way

I don't know, but I think all or at least most are.

I found this in one of the forums: "All their fixed blade knives are made by Hattori and their Folders are all made by MOKI in Japan." Not sure if that's true or not. - http://www.24hourcampfire.com/ubbthreads/ubbthreads.php/topics/5898649/all/Fallkniven_knife

Thanks, it's a great little knife.

They are, I also have an PXL but I like the GPK better. I don't like the taper of the PXL's spine, it's a little too thin for me. I like to use my left thumb to push cut. Also the pocket clip can be uncomfortable in the palm of your hand when you use the knife.

Hoback A10, Ferrum forge original Deuce, or Pretium, great knives for tracking, fishing, farm work, etc. . One of my Stellite folders if I am spending a lot of time near the ocean.

Benchmade Barage 581 in M390. Love this above all my other users. M390 really shines in the sub 4" category.

one out of these 4:
1. Seb Lg Micarta Insigno
2. Seb Lg Micarta Clip Point
3. Old style pivot Umnummzaan
4. 3.5 Hinderer xm-18 spearpoint with 20 cv

Carried the trusty #12 to haul hay today.

Love those #12's and that's a nice one!

Changin' it up myself to the ol' S35VN PM2 high above Lake Tahoe.

When I grab a modern folder its always my pm2 just something about it feels right in hand. My only con is the same for all the spyderco's I've held. The tip to me is much too pointy for a edc IMHO. So I end up grabbing my cheaper endura 4 so I don't end up making a pricey mistake.

The s35vn pm2 is my favorite para. I only my zt 550 at work exclusively and almost always carry either a lion steel sr1a or zt 561 outside of work, lately i've been trying to mix it up a bit so the cruwear mili and cqc-15 have been thrown into the mix. I'd like to carry a fixed blade but the 5.1 is a little big for me to casually carry, which is why i want to snag a 4.1.

If I leave the SAK Pioneer on the dresser, I nearly always have the PM2 clipped in my pocket. I should pick up a second sometime. I really like the look of that one of yours with the tan scales B34NS. Do you like the S35VN version over the S30V version?

I always say I am going to replace my ritter grip, but i really do like it. The green canvas scales go well with my survive knives and i have not had issue sharpening the m390... one of these days i will bridge out a bit more in the folder world...

Just sold my PM2, got rid of it somehow. Great knife but a little to much hype about it.
The tip is way to thin. Had the chance to see some sebenzas ... very impressive. The small seb is built like a tank and has a very strong blade. Handle to blade ratio is not to beat.

Yea I can see that, so far none of the day to day tasks I've used it for have chipped it off yet :) I dig enduras though too, not just for cost, but they are little tanks in their own right.

Thanks! I actually like them both as they are great steels, although the s35vn edge feels a little easier to polish on the strop if that makes sense.

A better shot of the edge

Best PM2 made ever! It looks great and S35vn is amazing stuff. I miss my old one like nothing else.

It took nothing to get the edge to a near polish.

Those look great guys. I like the digicam too, but I'm digging the earth tones and bare blade on those
