Balls_tothe_Walls (Heath Helton) is a scammer

I got this email from PayPal last night even though they sided with me a few weeks ago and released my funds:

Dear Thtieu,

We received notice from the buyer's financial institution that Case ID PP-D-XXXXXX has been decided in the buyer's favor. However, because you’re a valued customer, we’re not debiting your PayPal account for the disputed amount.

Here are the case details:



  • Buyer's name: Heath Helton
  • Buyer's email: jajhelton@hotmail.com
  • Buyer's transaction ID: 9U408521TUXXXXXXX
  • Your transaction ID: 4YV34564TSXXXXXXX
  • Transaction date: October 20, 2017
  • Transaction amount: $345.00 USD
  • Disputed amount: $34.66 USD

So you got your money back or not? And did he pay you with friends and family or goods and services?
 
Yeah, I got my money back with PayPal and not through him. It looks like the bank sided with this scum bag though. I was paid via goods & services.
 
PayPal also contacted me telling me the bank sided with Helton. I’m out $600 now AND that scumbag has my prized 20CP PM2 sprint — so a grand total of $900 to this prince of crap.

He even had the nerve to write me a few days ago saying his “lawyers” were going to contact me, some of you and the BF mods for slandering his name. Like a crappy Sonic manager has the money for a team of lawyers... Gimme a break.

I can’t even believe to tell you how mad I am about this.... I have a much better job and am considering getting a lawyer myself this time. The nerve of that little toad.
 
He hasn’t been in communication with me. PayPal paid me my money even though his bank sided with him.
 
Heath Helton is a scammer and deserves to be put through the ringer. I feel so bad for the guys in this thread that have been taken advantage of by Heath Helton. I hope that every time someone Google's Heath Helton, they come across this thread and take the time to read about what kind of lowlife Heath Helton is. Hopefully this thread will keep at least a few people safe from falling victim to Heath Helton in any future transactions. I got the same message last night. Paypal originally sided with me, then I got the email last night saying they are siding with him. I got the same message as thtieu where Paypal is covering the cost of the dispute. Scum, plain and simple. This dude is a piece of work.
