Batoning contest

I might have to give this a shot. we'll see what time says though :)
 
2 more questions:

Does the technique have to be battoning only? or can the notches on the log be chopped?

You said to ocnLogan that he could have any CURRENT Becker he wanted. Does that count for all of us? Because I am in need of a BK-3 :D

Chopping out a notch would be a bit difficult to ensure you land perfect so to have better control id recommend cross grain batoning. That way your notch starts and end right where you want it. although im not saying you cant chop or whittle or drill, just that your cabin has to be built out of a log(s) you baton down to smaller more manageable size pieces. Whoever wins, wins a bk9. Id prefer to stay away from opening up the flood gates and making it a pick your own prize contest, but if you already have a bk9 and dont want another then well we can work something out
 
I'm confused. We're supposed to baton and use fire. Do we have to wear a skimpy outfit?

I think it wil be cool to see what you guys build. plus fire i like fire. I just hope someone doesnt make something so awesome and elaborate that they dont wanna set it ablaze. Without it burning down, the entry doesnt count

Does the cabin have to be totally enclosed, or can i leave 1 side open?

Can I use a BK-2 AND a Ka-Bar 1211? Thanks. (Most of the work will be done with the 1211.)

too many questions :D just build a cabin. how many walls do cabins have? without a fourth wall id classify it as a manger scene stable from the front of a local church. But i gotta say its for beckers. So edit you post and post up only pics of your bk2 doing the work and ill forget the whole thing
