I ended up going with George Dickel no.12 and Tullamore Dew.
Shaping up to be a great weekend at BeckerWest!!
That's kind of what I thought.
It is wrong on so mane levels. I even have something to say to the naysayers who say nay claiming that the "Camillus" BK-4 has a bottle opener. I present this submission from Doc Canada in an old bottle opening contest thread:This made me literally LOL.
And good morning all !

What blade is that?
I vote mod baiting.
that said, Tullamore Dew is pretty tasty as well.
I prefer it over the 2 more commonly named Irish Whiskys.
I think it's the straight 4 he won't donate to me.
You are correct on both counts, sir.I think it's the straight 4 he won't donate to me.
Mmmm...Patrol Machax

yup - add honey, shake 1-2 times a day for a week.
the recipe called for 1 - 1.5 cups of honey to a fifth of scotch, that sounded a little sweet so I snuck up on it.
2-3 oz on day 1, another 2-3 oz on day 4 -- at that point, the sweetness was about right to me.
the rosemary adds a little sharpness, I've also heard of using heather and/or juniper berries.
WW I hear the Crown Honey is good, but yeah I heard from a lot of people that the Maple and Apple are WAY too sweet.
I got ya WW
How about a non-blend?
