Beating on a Game Warden

If you put the Warden in the vise would the other knife just separate around it

That's pretty much what's happening now ;)

And I don't think it would matter which blade is where, at this point it's all about geometry, toughness and hardness.

Well, finally did a number on the GW with the machete cutting. I hit it a bit off center, you can see the curl in the cut in the machete, and busted a chunk out of the edge a good ways up.

Tony....Stick it under your pillow tonight see if the Tooth Fairy will leave you any money to get 'er tuned up?!!! :D

I should add that I have zero intention of sending this to the shop for warranty, unless I'm asked to by someone there. This whole thread was purely for my (and the forum's) entertainment. Let the fun continue, and in the words of the Janitor, "Let's drink!" :D

That's still impressive. The little GW took a bigger chunk of the machete with her.
Looks like its time for her to get a bigger choil! :D

make a choil mod...no one will know...

Or a serration. One. Serration. DMT sells tapered serrated knife sharpeners. If you sell me that, I'll show you what up.

Seriously. Haha. I'll stop hinting.

Hmm, what to do to this thing now? Large choil? Choilless? Serration (just one :D)?

And I still need to track down some creative stuff to pound this through.

I have a chunk of 1/2" thick black micarta I should try. After a regrind/ sharpening I think.
