didnt mean to kill the snark. oops

Random question for you gents:

Do most cities have rules/laws against harvesting natural resources from public lands? For instance, let's say I want some bamboo for a fun little project im workin on. It doesnt grow naturally on MY property (the dang stuff grows like wildfire and i wouldnt dare put it on my yard) but it grows all over the place in parks, peoples yards, sides of the road, etc around here.

Would i get in trouble if i just went somewhere and just whacked down a stalk or two? should i email the town council or something?

i dont want to get slapped with a big ole fine if i can avoid it. Thanks!

Right outside of Philadelphia i go on educational wild edible "walks" all the time... in parks and public places picking almost anything could technically get you a fine but most the time people don't care. We are allowed to look and take pictures but are not suppose to pick anything in a public park..... we are not suppose to.....it happens

my concern is that snaggin some edibles may be a tad more discrete than whackin down some bamboo stalks with my bk10 :D

yeaaaaaa....i suppose even South Carolinas gotta lock up a whacko here and there. Ya know, just to keep up appearances :D

YES! The mailbox was completely empty, except for an overseas envelope with something in it...
It was an azwelke kydex sheath for my 14. I love how it fits and how slim it is.
Pulled the knife in and out a couple of times, and where the same action with the stock sheath would have made the blade dull so it could no longer cut paper, that isn't happening now.
FINALLY. I'm really excited, I'm loving this sheath already.

Thanks Al.

Al does good work. I don't have any of his smaller sheaths, but I do have one for a 9 and one for a 2.....they are top notch.

If it grows like that, ask around or put something on Craigslist offering to take it down if you get to keep it or a percentage of it. We don't have bamboo in this area, but if anyone ever needs firewood, a CL ad usually nets a few people with trees they want taken down and hauled away.

it said share your score copy link... but now i click that and it just takes me to the game again?

does it show my score to anyone else?

Whatever that was fun either way lmao

I saw it on a search term aggregate app I have, it basically shows what people are searching in google.

I had scrambled eggs, some kind of ricotta, turtles, and dolphins for tiles :) pretty cool easter egg in the programming.
